摘　　要：目的 了解湖北省近两年农村居民健康素养水平,为进一步制定健康教育与健康促进政策及措施提供科学依据。方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样法分别于2019年、2020年抽取湖北省全省17个市州1687、1752名15~65岁农村常住居民进行入户问卷调查。结果 2019、2020年湖北省农村人口健康素养水平分别为21.16%、23.04%,两年健康素养水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,湖北省2020年农村居民在传染病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗、慢性病防治方面的素养水平分别为21.60%、38.45%、22.18%、17.90%,均显著高于前一年的水平,依次为15.45%、34.77%、15.97%、13.82%,且呈现年龄越轻、文化程度越高、脑力劳动的人群健康素养水平越高的趋势。湖北省农村居民在慢性防治素养水平最低,安全与急救、科学健康观素养水平最高。结论 2020年湖北省农村居民健康素养水平明显高于2019年,进一步深入研究农村地区健康教育工作策略是下一步健康教育工作的重点任务。Objective To investigate the health literacy level of rural residents from 2019 to 2020 in Hubei Province,and to provide scientific basis for further formulating emergency policies and measures of health education.Methods Using stratified multi-stage random sampling method,1687 and 1752 rural permanent residents aged 15-65 in 17 cities and counties of Hubei Province in 2019 and 2020 were selected for household questionnaire survey.Results In 2019 and 2020,the health literacy level of rural population in Hubei Province was 21.16% and 23.04%,and there were significant differences between the two years.Among them,the health literacy levels of rural residents in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,safety and first aid,basic medical care and chronic disease prevention in Hubei province in 2020 were 21.6%,38.45%,22.18% and 17.90%,which were significantly higher than the previous year(15.45%,34.77%,15.97%,13.82%,respectively).It also showed a trend toward higher levels of health literacy among those who were younger,more educated,and mentally working.Rural residents in Hubei Province had the lowest literacy level in chronic prevention and treatment,and the highest literacy level in safety and first aid and scientific health concept.Conclusion The health literacy level of rural residents in Hubei Province in 2020 is obviously higher than that in 2019.Further study of health education in rural areas is the key task of health education in the next step.
