摘 要:目的 探究在线表达性写作对大学新生正性和负性情绪的改善效果。方法 招募广东省某高校大学新生316名为研究对象,随机分配到在线表达性写作实验组和在线普通写作对照组,先完成在线问卷填写,再进行10 min左右的在线写作,最后报告正性和负性情绪。结果 正性事件写作组、负性事件写作组和对照组写作后的正性情绪得分分别为(4.73±1.08)分、(4.24±1.07)分、(4.22±1.23)分,正性事件写作组写作后的正性情绪显著高于负性事件写作组(P=0.008)和对照组(P=0.001)。正性事件写作组、负性事件写作组和对照组写作后的负性情绪得分分别为(2.02±1.02)分、(2.57±1.12)分、(2.35±1.17)分,正性事件写作组写作后的负性情绪显著低于负性事件写作组(P=0.003)和对照组(P=0.034)。负性事件写作组的正性、负性情绪与对照组的差异均不显著。在正性事件写作组中,确切词的使用率能显著预测正性情绪(β=0.26,P<0.05),暂定词的使用率能显著预测负性情绪(β=0.29,P<0.05)。结论 正性事件的表达性写作能显著改善大学新生的正性负性情绪,在写作中更多地使用确切词,更少地使用暂定词,有利于改善正性负性情绪。Objective To explore the effects of online expressive writing on positive and negative affects of university freshmen.Methods 316 university freshmen from an university in Guangdong Province were recruited and randomly assigned to the experiment and control group.The experiment group completed the online expressive writing, while the control group completed the online control writing.Their positive and negative affects were measured after their writing.Results Positiveaffect after writing in the expressive writing of positive events group, the expressive writing of negative events group and the control group were(4.73±1.08),(4.24±1.07)and(4.22±1.23)respectively.Positive affect after writing were significantly higher in the expressive writing of positive events group than in the expressive writing of negative events group(P=0.008)and the control group(P=0.001). Negative affect after writing in the expressive writing of positive events group, the expressive writing of negative events group and the control group were(2.02±1.02),(2.57±1.12)and(2.35±1.17)respectively.Negative affect were significantly lower in the expressive writing of positive events group than in the negative events group(P=0.003)and the control group(P=0.034). There was no significant difference between the negative events group and the control group for both positive and negative affects.Furthermore, in the positive event group, the rate of certainty words during expressive writing significantly predicted positive affects(β=0.26,P<0.05),and the rates of tentative words significantly predicted negative affects(β=0.29,P<0.05). Conclusion Expressive writing of positive events significantly improves positive and negative affects in university freshmen, and more frequent use of certainty words and less use oftentative words during expressive writing are helpful for improving positive and negative affects.
