云南省某边境农村社区预防苯丙胺类兴奋剂使用综合干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的 评价预防苯丙胺类兴奋剂(ATS)使用的综合干预方法对改变农村地区居民ATS相关知识、生活技能和使用行为的效果影响。方法 分别选取云南省某边境地区的5个农村社区作为研究村和对照村,开展为期3年的预防ATS使用的综合干预措施,干预前后对部分研究对象进行问卷评估,调查ATS知识、生活技能运用等,并收集最近1年ATS使用情况。结果 干预后,研究村9项ATS相关知识知晓率均高于干预前自身和对照村,范围在95.5%~98.7%之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);拒绝、解决问题、缓解压力、与家人沟通、安排闲暇时间、理财6项生活技能的正确运用率分别为98.9%、97.2%、94.6%、94.0%、91.4%和90.3%,均高于干预前自身和对照村,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究村最近1年ATS使用率和新增率分别为1.1%和0.7%,均低于干预前自身和对照村,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于社区的预防ATS使用的综合干预措施可有效预防云南某边境农村居民使用ATS。Objective To evaluate the effect of community-based comprehensive interventions on the prevention of amphetamine type stimulants(ATS). Methods Totally 10 border rural communities were selected as the study villages. 5 villageswere as intervention villages and carried out comprehensive interventions to prevent ATS use for three years. Before and after the interventions, the subjects were assessed by questionnaires to investigateATS knowledge and life skills. The rates of ATS use in the last year for all subjects were collected. Results After the interventions, the awareness rate of 9 items of ATS knowledge in the intervention villages was higher than that in the control villages and before interventions, ranging from 95.5% to 98.7%(P<0.001). The correct utilization rates of 6 life skills(refusal, problem solving, stress relief, communication with family, leisure time arrangement, financial management) were 98.9%,97.2%,94.6%,94.0%,91.4% and 90.3%,higher than that before the intervention and in the control village(P<0.001). The ATS use rate and newly increased rate in the last year in the intervention villageswere lower than those before the interventions and those in the control village, which were 1.1% and 0.7% respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive interventions based on community can effectively prevent ATS use in border rural communities of Yunnan Province.
