摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)归属中医“疫病”的范畴,是一类具有强烈传染性的外感时邪疫毒。古人有云“时病重舌,杂病重脉”,中医舌象特征的变化体现了新冠肺炎在不同阶段的传变,对临床诊疗和判断预后均有十分重要的意义。文章通过梳理舌象在新冠肺炎诊疗中判断正气盛衰、分辨病位深浅、区别病邪性质、推断病情进退的应用价值,并举例如何应用舌象变化指导中医药治疗新冠肺炎,以期更好发挥中医药在新冠肺炎诊疗中的应用价值。Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) belongs to the category of ‘epidemic disease’ and is a kind of exogenous disease evil with strong infectivity. The ancients said that ‘Seasonal diseases pay attention to tongue diagnosis,miscellaneous diseases pay attention to pulse diagnosis’. The changes of TCM tongue image characteristics reflect the transmission of COVID-19 in different stages, which is of great significance for both the clinical diagnosis and treatment and the judgment of prognosis. This article combs the application value of tongue image in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, such as judging the rise and fall of healthy qi, distinguishing the depth of disease location, distinguishing the nature of disease pathogen, and inferring the progression and retreat of the disease, and giving examples of how to use the changes of tongue image to guide the treatment of TCM medicine in COVID-19, in order to give better play to the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
