明清瘟疫治疗方药特色及对疫病防治的启示

摘　　要：明清温疫学派对疫病防治有独特认识,著作中的有效方药是医家辨治思路的重要体现。文章通过研究明清经典疫病著作,从用药精专、针对病因,用药力宏、直达病所,清解攻下、保津养阴3个方面总结温疫学派治疫病方药蕴含的特色理论,进一步探讨研究名方的启示意义,提出提升名方应用价值、加快名方资源库建设、传承经典创新疫病成果的策略和建议,以期为今后疫病防治方药的进一步研究提供参考。The epidemic school in Ming and Qing dynasties had a unique understanding of epidemic prevention and control.The effective TCM prescriptions in medical books are important embodiment of doctors'thought on syndrome differentiation.Through exploring the effective prescriptions for the treatment of epidemic diseases in ancient medical books in Ming and Qing dynasties,from the three aspects,including treating the cause with drug essence,directly targeting the pathogen with strong drug effect,heat-clearing and detoxifying to nourish yin,the characteristics of prescription of warm epidemic school are summarized.The enlightenment significance of effective prescription is further studied and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of*to enhance the application value of famous TCM prescription,to accelerate the construction of famous TCM prescription resource database,to inheriting classic and innovative epidemic disease achievements,are put forward,in order to provide reference for the study of epidemic disease prevention and treatment.
