道教内丹学对张景岳命门学说的影响

摘　　要：张景岳对命门学说理论的创新和完善,是晚明中医基础理论方面的重要贡献。文章通过分析道教文献在命门学说阐释中的运用,张景岳对丹田之炁与命门之气的论述、内丹学的顾护元气元精理念和张景岳重视阴阳平衡、主张补虚治法的关系,分析张景岳的医学理论体系中所体现出的道教思想的影响,尤其是唐宋以来道教“内丹”理论的影响。ZHANG Jing-yue’s innovation and improvement of Mingmen theory is an important contribution to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the late Ming dynasty. This paper analyzed the application of Taoist literature in the interpretation of Mingmen theory;pays attention to ZHANG Jing-yue’s discussion on the energy of Dantian and the qi of Mingmen;compares the conception of protecting yuan qi and essence of internal Dan with ZHANG Jing-yue’s emphasis on the balance of yin yang and the treatment of deficiency;focuses on the influence of Taoist thought embodied in ZHANG Jing-yue’s medical theoretical system, Especially the influence of Taoist ‘internal Dan’ theory since the Tang and Song dynasties.
