摘　　要：“流注八穴”又称为“交经八穴”,现称八脉交会穴,是奇经八脉与十二经脉交会的腧穴。文章通过梳理“流注八穴”的流派传承规律,阐述了“流注八穴”的理论来源、理论基础及应用,着重从“按时取穴”和“按症取穴”的角度阐述了“流注八穴”的传承,总结了“流注八穴”的流派传承谱系。旨在通过对学术思想源与流的深刻认识,促进中医药的精华传承与守正创新。‘Eight confluent points’,also known as‘crossing eight points’,is now known as eight meridian rendezvous points,is the intersection of the eight strange meridians and twelve meridians.By sorting out the school inheritance rules of'eight confluent points',the paper expounds the theoretical source,theoretical basis and application of;eight confluent points',focuses on the inheritance of‘eight confluent points’from‘choosing points according to time’and‘choosing points according to symptoms’,and summarizes the lineage of'eight confluent points'school inheritance.It aims to promote the inheritance and innovation of the essence of traditional Chinese medicine through a deep understanding of the source and flow of academic thoughts.
