摘　　要：自敦煌医籍问世以来,关于敦煌医籍医方类的研究,学术界取得了丰硕成果。其中男科医方类体现了很高的学术以及临床研究价值,蕴含的一些思想对当代男科的临床诊疗,仍具有一定的指导作用和借鉴意义。文章基于敦煌医籍男科医方类记载,从治法、方义、用药、夫妻同治等方面进行综合概述,以飨同道。Since the publication of Dunhuang medical books, the academic circles have made fruitful achievements in the research on the medical prescriptions of Dunhuang medical books. Among them, andrology medical prescriptions reflect high academic and clinical research value, and some ideas still have a certain guiding role and reference significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of contemporary andrology. Based on the records of male medical prescriptions in Dunhuang medical books, this paper makes a comprehensive overview from the aspects of treatment, prescription, medication and husband and wife treat together.
