摘　　要：目的:应用层次分析法研究冠心病热结血脉证临床诊断条目权重。方法:采用层次分析法设计冠心病热结血脉证临床诊断条目(临床症状、舌象、脉象)问卷,邀请中医临床和热证相关研究专家,填写本课题组设计的层次分析法专家调查问卷,确定冠心病热结血脉证临床诊断条目的权重。结果:冠心病热结血脉证权重:舌象>临床症状>脉象;舌象权重:舌质红绛(0.1812)>苔黄(0.1762)>舌有瘀斑瘀点(0.1335);临床症状权重:胸痛(闷)(0.0637)>近期病情波动(加重)(0.0597)>烦躁(0.0563)>大便秘结(0.0561)>口苦(0.0482)>口干(0.0431)>心悸(0.0382);脉象权重:数脉(0.0897)>滑脉(0.0540)。结论:舌质红绛、苔黄、舌有瘀斑瘀点、数脉、胸痛(闷)、近期病情波动(加重)是冠心病热结血脉证诊断的重要参考依据。Objective:To study the clinical diagnostic items weight of syndrome of heat retention in blood vessels with coronary heart disease.Methods:This paper uses the hierarchical analysis method to design the clinical diagnosis of the items(clinical symptoms,tongue image,pulse image),invites TCM clinical and heat syndrome related research experts to fill in the hierarchical analysis expert questionnaire designed by this research group,and determine the weight of the clinical diagnosis items of heat retention in blood vessels with coronary heart disease.Results:Weight of heat retention in blood vessels with CHD:tongue manifestation>clinical symptoms>pulse manifestation;Weight of tongue:bright red tongue(0.1812)>yellow fur(0.1762)>ecchymosis on tongue(0.1335);Weight of clinical symptoms:chest pain(stuffy)(0.0637)>recent condition fluctuation(aggravation)(0.0597)>irritability(0.0563)>astriction(0.0561)>bitter taste(0.0482)>dry mouth(0.0431)>palpitate(0.0382);Weight of pulse:rapid pulse(0.0897)>slippery pulse(0.0540).Conclusion:Bright red tongue,yellow fur,ecchymosis on tongue,rapid pulse,chest pain(stuffy),recent condition fluctuation(aggravation)are important reference basis in the diagnosis of heat retention in blood vessels with CHD.
