摘　　要：国医大师晁恩祥擅长治疗呼吸系统疾病,临床经验颇丰,养阴益气方是晁恩祥教授根据多年临床经验总结的用于气阴两虚证的经验方。文章主要介绍晁恩祥教授治疗肺癌的经验,从诊疗思路、用药特色及养阴益气方的组方特点等方面进行了介绍。通过在临床实践中不断深入探讨,强调肺癌诊疗要中西结合,分期论治,注重整体观念,确立了临床用药特点:一药多能,平中见奇,方中有方。Traditional Chinese medicine master CHAO En-xiang is expert in treating pulmonary disease, accumulating abundant clinical experience. Nourishing yin and benefiting qi recipe is a professor CHAO En-xiang’s empirical formula in the qi-yin deficiency syndrome. This article mainly introduces clinical experience in treating lung cancer. Introduction from the several aspects of diagnosis and treatment ideas, characteristics of using traditional Chinese medicine and compositing features of nourishing yin and benefiting qi recipe, through continuous in-depth discussions in clinical practice, it is emphasized that the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer should combine Chinese and Western medicine, treat gradually, pay attention to the overall concept, and establish the characteristics of clinical medication: a drug can have many functions, look strange in of the apartment and have a recipe in the recipe.
