摘　　要：半夏厚朴汤出自《金匮要略》,有行气散结、降逆化痰之功。笔者认为临床运用半夏厚朴汤的关键点有四:一是遵循经方相对剂量,经考证原方半夏一升(200 mL)约为90~120 g,故半夏剂量一般应大,可采用清半夏(9~15 g)与法半夏(9~15 g)同用;二是注重方证辨证,半夏厚朴汤最主要的方证:咽中有异物感,吐之不出,咽之不下,不独见于妇人,男士、小儿亦可见;三是方证鉴别,临床需要与瓜蒂散证、麦门冬汤证相鉴别;四是以遵循“日三夜一”的服药方法为佳。Banxai Houpo Decoction is from Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which has the function of relieving phlegm and relieving qi. That the key points of clinical application of Banxai Houpo Decoction are four: First, follow the relative dose of the classical prescription, a litre(200 mL) of the original Pinelliae rhizoma is about 90-120 g, so the dose of Pinelliae rhizoma should be generally large, and the Pinelliae rhizoma praeparatum cum alumine(9-15 g) and the Pinelliae rhizoma praeparatum(9-15 g) can be used together;The second is to pay attention to the syndrome differentiation. The main prescription of Banxai Houpo Decoction is: There is a foreign body feeling in the pharynx, vomiting, swallowing, not only in women, men, children can also be seen;Third, the identification of prescription syndrome: the identification of Guadi San syndrome, Maimendong Decoction syndrome;Fourth, it is better to follow the method of taking medicine ‘three days and one night’.
