摘　　要：段迎喜主任医师主张运用“络病学说”对脾胃病进行辨治,基于中医络病理论脾胃病“脾虚久病毒邪入络成瘀”的病因病机,运用中医“络病理论”辨治脾胃病,坚持运用益气活血、化瘀通络之法,认为疑难病应从络病论治。在用药特点方面,具体体现了补虚通络、辛润通络、化痰散瘀通络、虫类药通络、解毒通络、通脏腑之络的特点,从而对于脾胃病达到有效治疗目的。文章就段迎喜主任医师基于中医络病理论治疗脾胃病进行概述,以期对于脾胃病的治疗、中医络病理论的深入研究有所裨益。Director DUAN Ying-xi advocates the use of ‘collateral disease theory’ for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Based on the collateral pathology of TCM, he discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach diseases ‘spleen deficiency for a long time, virus evil enters the collateral and forms blood stasis’, used the ‘collateral disease theory’ of TCM to treat spleen and stomach diseases, and insisted on the use of supplementing qi and activating blood, removing blood stasis and dredging the collateral;Difficult diseases should be treated from collateral diseases. In terms of medication characteristics, it specifically embodies the characteristics of tonifying deficiency and dredging collaterals, soothing and moistening collaterals, resolving phlegm, dispersing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, insect drugs and collaterals, detoxifying and dredging collaterals, and dredging the collaterals of viscera, so as to achieve the purpose of effective treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. This paper summarizes director DUAN Ying-xi’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases based on TCM collateral disease theory, in order to be beneficial to the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases and the in-depth study of TCM collateral disease theory.
