摘　　要：文章总结健脾益肺法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床经验。结合过敏性鼻炎临床发病特点,以脾肺气虚为主要病机,以健脾益肺、培土生金为治疗原则,在“辨病-辨证”的诊疗方法指导下,充分认识脾肺气虚型过敏性鼻炎疾病的表象与本质,治宜健脾为本,补其母行,方能做到未病先防、补益肺气、预防复发。探讨健脾益肺、培土生金法对过敏性鼻炎的临床指导作用,可为进一步加强中医治未病在过敏性鼻炎诊疗思路中的应用。The paper summarizes the clinical experience of invigorating spleen and benefiting lung in treating allergic rhinitis. Combined with the clinical characteristics of allergic rhinitis, with spleen-lung qi deficiency as the main pathogenesis,invigorating spleen and benefiting lung and Peitu Shengjin as the treatment principles. We should fully understand the appearance and essence of allergic rhinitis disease with spleen-lung qi deficiency under the guidance of the diagnosis and treatment method of ‘disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation’. The treatment should be based on spleen-invigorating, and the mother line should be supplemented. Only in this way, can we prevent the disease, replenish lung qi and prevent recurrence. Exploring the clinical guiding role of invigorating spleen and benefiting lung and Peitu Shengjin theory in allergic rhinitis, which can further strengthen the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
