摘　　要：坐骨神经痛是针灸临床的优势病种之一,但其镇痛机制仍待进一步探究。功能磁共振成像技术有助于为针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的中枢机制提供客观依据。文章从神经影像学的分析方法和研究模式两方面对针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的功能磁共振成像研究现状进行总结。同时,从影像学角度归纳不同研究中与针刺治疗坐骨神经痛相关的响应脑区,以期为后续研究针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的神经影像学机制以及相关实验设计提供参考。Sciatica is one of the clinical advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion,but its analgesic mechanism remains to be further explored.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)provides objective basis for the evaluation of therapeutic effect of acupuncture on sciatica and the study of potential central mechanism.This paper summarized the current status of fMRI research on acupuncture therapy for sciatica from two aspects of resting state analysis method and research mode of neuroimaging.At the same time,we summarized the response brain regions related to acupuncture treatment of sciatica in different studies from the perspective of imaging,in order to provide reference for the neuroimaging mechanism of acupuncture treatment of sciatica and relevant experimental design in the future.
