芳香疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病作为最常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,严重危害着老年人的身心健康。芳香疗法作为一种天然的非药物疗法,具有安全有效、操作便捷等优势,逐渐被应用于阿尔茨海默病的研究和防治中,能够起到改善认知功能、抑制胆碱酯酶活性、降低氧化应激反应、调节突触可塑性、保护神经功能和缓解情绪障碍等作用。文章从精油在阿尔茨海默病中的应用、芳香疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病的嗅觉途径等方面进行梳理、分析和综述,以期为芳香疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病的现代研究和临床应用提供理论依据。As the most common degenerative disease of the central nervous system, Alzheimer’s disease can seriously endanger the physical and mental health of the elderly. Aromatherapy, as a natural non-drug therapy, has the advantages of safety,effectiveness, and convenience, which is gradually applied in the research, prevention, and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. It can improve cognitive function, inhibit cholinesterase activity, reduce oxidative stress response, regulate synaptic plasticity, protect nerve function, and alleviate emotional disorders. This paper has reviewed, analyzed, and summarized the application of essential oil in Alzheimer’s disease and the olfactory pathway of aromatherapy in the treatment, providing a theoretical basis for modern research and clinical application of aromatherapy in Alzheimer’s disease.
