针刺不同部位左、右侧腧穴对大鼠迷走神经前干放电的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺不同部位左、右侧腧穴对大鼠迷走神经前干放电影响的差异。方法:30只正常成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为内关组、天枢组、足三里组,每组8只。每组分别针刺左、右侧腧穴,测量并记录针前60 s,针中120 s,针后60 s的迷走神经前干放电数据。结果:与针前比较,针刺左侧腧穴均能增加迷走神经前干放电,其中足三里效应最强(P<0.05);针刺右侧内关、足三里均能增加迷走神经前干放电,足三里的效应更强(P<0.05);左、右侧腧穴的效应相比差异无统计学意义。结论:针刺内关、天枢、足三里均可以增加迷走神经前干放电,下肢腧穴的效应最强,且左、右侧腧穴无差异。Objective: To explore the difference of acupuncture at left and right acupoints in different parts on the nerve discharge of anterior vagoal in rats. Methods: Thirty normal adult male SD rats were randomly divided into neiguan group,tianshu group and zusanli group, 8 rats in each group. The nerve discharge data of the anterior vagoal trunk in the 60 s before acupuncture, 120 s during acupuncture, and 60 s after acupuncture were measured and recorded for each group respectively at left and right acupoints. Results: Compared with before acupuncture, acupuncture on the left acupoint could increase the discharge in the anterior trunk of the vagus nerve, among which Zusanli(ST 36) effect was the strongest(P<0.05). Acupuncture on the right side of Neiguan(PC 6) and Zusanli(ST 36) could increase the discharge in the anterior trunk of the vagus nerve, and the effect of Zusanli(ST 36) was stronger(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between left and right acupoints. Conclusion:Acupuncture on Neiguan(PC 6), Tianshu(ST 35) and Zusanli(ST 36) can increase the nerve discharge in the anterior trunk of the vagus nerve, and the effect of lower extremity acupoints is the strongest, and there is no difference between left and right acupoints.
