摘　　要：目的:观察藤龙补中汤对SW620大肠癌转移和Wnt通路蛋白表达影响。方法:尾静脉注射人大肠癌SW620细胞建立裸小鼠大肠癌肺转移模型,随机分为对照组,高、低剂量组3组,分别给予无菌水、高、低剂量藤龙补中汤提取物治疗。Western Blot检测肺组织Wnt3、β-catenin、CCN2、CCND1蛋白表达。结果:与对照组比较,藤龙补中汤治疗后,大肠癌肺转移小鼠肺表面转移灶减少(P<0.05),肺质量减轻(P<0.05)。藤龙补中汤同时抑制Wnt3、β-catenin、CCN2和CCND1(P<0.05)。结论:藤龙补中汤可抑制SW620大肠癌肺转移,其机制与抑制Wnt/β-catenin信号转导相关。Objective:To observe the effects of Tenglong Buzhong Decoction(TLBZD)on metastasis of SW620 colorectal carcinoma and expression of proteins in Wnt/β-catenin pathway.Methods:BALB/c nude mice were injected with human colorectal cancer SW620 cells through tail vein to establish lung metastasis,randomly divided into 3 groups and treated with sterile water,low-dose,and high-dose of TLBZD extract.Lung metastasis was observed under a microscope.Proteins expressions were detected by Western Blot.Results:Upon TLBZD treatment,the metastasis on lung surface and lung weight were reduced(P<0.05).TLBZD also inhibited expression of Wnt3,β-catenin,CCN2 and CCND1(P<0.05).Conclusion:TLBZD inhibits lung metastasis of SW620 colorectal cancer and may be related to inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin signaling.
