“筋骨转枢”整体针法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察“筋骨转枢”整体针法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的主要临床症状、膝关节的活动度及膝关节功能指标的影响。方法:将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例采用“筋骨转枢”整体针法进行治疗,对照组40例采用口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,分别于治疗3周及治疗结束后进行疗效评定。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组总有效率为67.5%(27/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的膝关节活动度及关节功能指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“筋骨转枢”整体针法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效好,安全性高,可显著改善膝关节的功能活动。Objective: To observe the effects of overall acupuncture with ‘Jingu Zhuanshu on the main clinical symptoms,knee activity and functional indexes of knee joint in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Forty patients in the observation group were treated by the overall acupuncture with ‘Jingu Zhuanshu’. Forty patients in the control group were treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets. The curative effect was evaluated after 3 weeks and the end of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%(37/40), the control group was 67.5%(27/40), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the knee activity and functional indexes of knee joint in the observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The overall acupuncture with ‘Jingu Zhuanshu’ has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can significantly improve the functional activities of the knee.
