筋针配合葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察筋针配合葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的效果是否要优于单独使用筋针疗法。方法:将纳入的60例颈型颈椎病患者,按先后顺序随机分为筋针葛根汤组与筋针组,每组30例。治疗前后观察两组患者简化McGill疼痛问卷量表评分(SF-MPQ)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、颈椎病疗效评分表的评分变化情况,统计总有效率。结果:两组患者治疗后,VAS、SF-MPQ、颈椎病疗效评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:筋针疗法可有效缓解颈型颈椎病的急性疼痛症状,具有针刺取位方便,针刺时无痛无感,针刺后即刻镇痛的优点,但在葛根汤的配合下并不能在短期内取得更好的疗效。Objective:To observe whether the efficiency of tendon acupuncture therapy combined with Puerariae Decoction on cervical type cervical spondylosis(CTCS)is better than tendon acupuncture therapy.Methods:The included 60 patients were randomly divided into Tendon-needle-Puerariae group and Tendon-needle group,30 cases in each group.The data of simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire Inventory Score(SF-MPQ),Visual Analog Pain Score(VAS)and efficacy score of cervical spondylosis in two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and total efficiency of two groups were counted.Results:After treatment,the VAS,SF-MPQ and efficacy scores of cervical spondylosis in the two groups were all decreased than before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Tendon acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the acute pain symptoms of CTCS,with the advantages of convenient acupuncture location,painless acupuncture process,and immediate analgesia after acupuncture.However,with the cooperation of puerariae Decoction,it cannot achieve better curative effect in the short term.
