摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断推进,人们的工作压力及生活方式发生了巨大的变化,不孕症的发病率也日益上升,已引起人们的广泛关注。有研究证明不孕症患者容易产生负性心理,而不良的心理问题可引起神经内分泌失调,导致不孕恶性循环。不孕症已发展成为社会性问题。本文对近年来不孕症患者的心理问题、产生负面情绪的主要因素及采取的主要护理干预措施进行综述,以利于不孕患者进行全面治疗,提高治疗成功率。With the continuous progress of reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in people’s work pressure and life style,and the incidence rate of infertility is also rising day by day,which has aroused widespread concern.Studies have proved that infertility patients are prone to negative psychology,and bad psychological problems can cause neuroendocrine disorders and lead to a vicious circle of infertility.Infertility has developed into a social problem.This paper summarizes and discusses the psychological problems of infertility patients in recent years,the main factors of negative emotions and the main nursing intervention measures,so as to facilitate the comprehensive treatment of infertility patients and improve the success rate of treatment.
