中医药治疗儿童尺桡骨远端骨折的研究进展

摘　　要：儿童尺桡骨远端骨折在小儿骨科临床最为常见,临床表现为腕关节疼痛、肿胀、畸形和活动受限,若无法得到正确治疗,日后会影响儿童的日常学习和生活质量。中医药治疗临床效果显著,对患儿的健康和心理损伤小,可以较好地促进骨折愈合。本文通过对相关文献总结分析,探讨中医药治疗儿童尺桡骨远端骨折的有效方法。Distal ulnar and radial fractures in children are the most common clinical manifestations in pediatric orthopedics.The clinical manifestations are wrist joint pain,swelling,deformity and limited movement.If the correct treatment cannot be obtained,it will affect the daily learning and quality of life of children.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant clinical effect on the treatment of such fractures in children,and does little harm to the children’s physical and mental health,and has a good promoting effect on fracture healing.This paper summarizes relevant literature,in order to explore the method of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of distal ulnar and radius fractures in children.
