摘　　要：目的分析CO2激光治疗对女性尖锐湿疣术后创面愈合的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院临床诊断为尖锐湿疣的100例女性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为激光组和冷冻组,每组各50例。激光组采用CO2激光去除疣体,冷冻组采用液氮冷冻去除疣体,观察两组治疗后创面愈合情况和尖锐湿疣的治愈情况。结果治疗后第6天和第8天激光组的创面愈合率高于冷冻组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);激光组治疗后第3个月的尖锐湿疣治愈率高于冷冻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO2激光较液氮冷冻治疗创面恢复快,第6天创面愈合率高,减轻了患者的痛苦,对提高尖锐湿疣治愈率和减少复发有一定的意义。Objective To analyze the effect of CO_(2) laser treatment on postoperative wound healing of female condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 100 female patients diagnosed with condyloma acuminatum from October 2019 to October 2021 in Zaozhuang Dermatology and Veneral Disease Prevention Hospital were selected as the research objects.Patients were divided into laser group and cryotherapy group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.In the laser group,CO_(2) laser was used to remove the warts,and in the cryotherapy group,liquid nitrogen was used to remove warts.The wound healing and the healing of condyloma acuminatum in the two groups after treatment were observed.Results On the 6th and 8th days after treatment,the wound healing rates in laser group were higher than those in cryotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of condyloma acuminatum in laser group was higher than that in cryotherapy group at the third month after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CO_(2) laser treatment is better than liquid nitrogen cryotherapy treatment,the wound recovery is faster,the wound healing rate is higher on the sixth day,which can alleviate the pain of patients,and has a certain significance in improving the cure rate of condyloma acuminatum and reducing recurrence.
