保胎灵联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗黄体功能不全习惯性流产患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨黄体功能不全习惯性流产患者采取保胎灵联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗的临床效果。方法选取单县中心医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的106例黄体功能不全习惯性流产患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组,每组各53例。对照组进行常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上予以保胎灵联合HCG治疗,比较两组治疗前后的孕酮(P)以及HCG水平、流产率以及足月分娩率。结果治疗后实验组患者的P及HCG水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组的流产率低于对照组,足月分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于黄体功能不全习惯性流产患者采用保胎灵联合HCG治疗可取得较好临床效果,能有效改善患者激素水平以及妊娠结局。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baotailing combined with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG)in the treatment of patients with corpus luteum insufficiency and habitual abortion.Methods A total of 106 cases of patients with corpus luteum insufficiency and habitual abortion admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received Baotailing combined with HCG treatment on the basis of the control group.The levels of progesterone(P)and HCG before and after treatment,the rate of abortion and the rate of full term delivery were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,P and HCG levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the abortion rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the full-term delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with corpus luteum insufficiency and habitual abortion,Baotailing combined with HCG therapy can achieve better clinical effect and effectively improve the hormone level of patients and pregnancy outcome.
