优质护理干预在女性重症心脏瓣膜置换手术后心力衰竭中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察女性重症心脏瓣膜置换术后心力衰竭的优质护理干预效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区心脏大血管外科ICU收治的60例女性心脏瓣膜置换术后心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采取优质护理干预措施,比较两组患者的并发症、护理满意度、生活质量、心理健康状况。结果观察组的并发症总发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预措施在重症瓣膜置换术后心力衰竭患者护理中发挥显著作用,能够降低并发症,提高患者满意度与生活质量,并缓解焦虑、抑郁负性心理。Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in female patients with heart failure after severe heart valve replacement surgery.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,60 female patients with heart failure after cardiac valve replacement surgery were selected as research subjects who were admitted to ICU of Department of Cardiac Macrovascular Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing methods,the observation group took high-quality nursing intervention measures,the complications,nursing satisfaction,quality of life,mental health status of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Highquality nursing intervention plays a significant role in the nursing of patients with heart failure after severe valve replacement surgery,which can reduce complications,improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,and relieve anxiety and depression.
