摘  要:深冷法制氧气是现今主流的空分工艺。其中液氧管道的保温设计,涉及了低温管路的保温形式选择、保温结构设计和保温支撑设计等,是对生产出的液氧产品能高效收集的重要措施。文章通过对供货商文件的分析,结合实际施工时遇到的问题,介绍了真空夹套管(VJP)和珠光砂保温填充的施工工艺。并对空分装置中的深冷管道保温,推荐采用真空夹套管结合珠光砂保温填充相结合的设计方式提高管道的保冷效率。Cryogenic oxygen production is the mainstream air separation technology nowadays.The thermal insulation design of liquid oxygen pipeline involves the selection of thermal insulation form,thermal insulation structure design and thermal insulation support design of low-temperature pipeline,which is an important measure for the efficient collection of liquid oxygen products.Based on the analysis of the supplier's documents and the problems encountered in the actual construction,the construction technology of vacuum jacketed pipe(vjp)and pearlescent sand insulation filling were introduced in this paper.For the insulation of cryogenic pipes in the air separation unit,it was recommended to adopt the design method of combining vacuum jacketing with pearlescent sand insulation filling to improve the cold insulation efficiency of the pipes.
