摘　　要：使用哈希TL2310型浊度仪测定注射用头孢唑林钠溶液的澄清度。溶液的颜色对澄清度检测无干扰;最低可检测至于水一样的澄清度;在空白至10倍限度浓度范围内与浊度值线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99;精密度、重复性均较好;室温条件下需立即测定本品澄清度;供试品溶液在浓度波动范围0.01 g/mL内对浊度值测定无影响。该方法操作简单便捷,结果可靠,可用于检测因目测无法辨别的有色溶液的澄清度。The clarity of cefazolin sodium solution for injection was determined by hach TL2310 turbidimeter.The color of solution had no interference to the clarity test;The lowest detectable clarity is the same as that of water;In the range of blank to 10 times limit concentration,the linear relationship with turbidity value was good,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99;The precision and repeatability were good;The clarity of this product should be determined immediately at room temperature;The test solution had no effect on the determination of turbidity value within the concentration fluctuation range of 0.01 g/mL.The method was simple,convenient and reliable,and could be used to detect the clarity of colored solutions that could not be identified by visual inspection.
