医药厂区回用凝结水制备淋浴热水设计研究

摘　　要：医药厂区生产过程中会产生大量蒸汽凝结水,将收集的蒸汽凝结水用于集中淋浴热水系统预热,可同时回收热量和水量,提高了资源利用率,达到节能、降低生产成本的目的。研究利用蒸汽凝结水余热制备淋浴热水的设计要点,通过供、耗热平衡,分析系统运行的可行性、实施方案及可能遇到的问题。A large amount of steam condensate will be produced in the production process of the pharmaceutical plant.The collected steam condensate will be used for the preheating of the centralized shower hot water system,which can recover heat and water at the same time,improve the resource utilization rate,and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing production costs.The preparation of shower hot water by using the waste heat of steam condensate was studied in the paper.Through the balance of heat supply and consumption,the feasibility of system operation,implementation plan and possible problems were analyzed.
