摘 要:通过对无缝内衣在运动过程中的热湿性能进行研究,文章阐述了运动内衣的热湿分布情况,并以此建立合理的无缝运动内衣结构分区。同时为了更好地满足内衣特殊的热湿需求,文章提出散热型仿生结构设计方法,以增强服装内外气体交换效果,加快蒸发散热速率,以及提出了导湿型仿生结构设计方法,有效管理服装上汗液流动。并在运动内衣结构模型的基础上,结合散热、导湿仿生结构,设计了一款仿生无缝运动内衣,为仿生运动内衣的开发与设计提供一定参考。During exercise,the heat and humidity state between the human body and clothing begins to lose balance,and the body surface temperature rises and humidity increases,which affects the comfort of sports.Therefore,the heat dissipation and moisture conduction function of the fabric can play a key role in regulation.Seamless sports underwear products account for a large proportion in the sports clothing market as they have good air permeability and softness,fit the human body curve,and have comfortable elastic performance,which makes them be deeply loved by consumers.Combined with the increasing heat and moisture demand of consumers for sportswear,the heat dissipation and moisture conduction function of seamless sports underwear has gradually become a research hotspot.In recent years,inspired by various biological characteristics,sports functional fabrics begin to be designed and developed in combination with bionic principles,endowing sports clothing with excellent functions.In order to better realize the functionality of seamless sports underwear and overcome the existing problems of products,biological characteristics are well integrated into seamless sports underwear through bionic technology so as to improve the thermal and wet comfort performance of sports underwear.In order to improve the overall heat and moisture comfort performance of seamless sports underwear,this paper,according to the heat and sweat production phenomena such as human sweat gland secretion,body fat consumption and muscle movement,clarifies the heat and moisture distribution characteristics of seamless sports underwear in high,medium and normal states,and combines them into seven underwear heat and moisture state regions such as high temperature and high humidity,high temperature and normal humidity,medium temperature and medium humidity,so as to establish seamless sports underwear hot and wet structure zoning with high density,medium density and low density,respectively.At the same time,in order to better meet the special heat and moisture
