摘　　要：毛泽东《对晋绥日报编辑人员的谈话》是党的新闻思想史上一笔宝贵的财富。在谈话中,毛泽东提出了党报的使命任务,对办报要坚决贯彻群众路线及怎样真正贯彻群众路线进行了系统论述,对新闻工作者提出要掌握“马克思列宁主义的领导艺术”辩证分析问题和办报应保持战斗风格的要求等。这些重大思想闪耀着真理的光辉,蕴含着丰富的时代精神。传承其理论精髓,对于深刻领悟、积极践行习近平总书记关于党的宣传思想工作的重要论述有重要的启迪作用和现实意义,有利于切实增强新闻工作者做好新时代新闻宣传工作的历史自信和责任感。Mao Zedong s Talk to the Editors of Jin-sui Daily is a valuable treasure in the history of the Party s journalistic thought.In the talk,Mao Zedong put forward the mission and task of the party newspaper,systematically discussed the newspaper to resolutely implement the mass line and how to truly implement the mass line,and made demands on journalists who are required to master the dialectical analysis ability of the“leadership art of Marxism-Leninism”and maintain the fighting style of running the newspaper.These important thoughts shine with the brilliance of truth and contain rich spirit of the times.Inheriting its theoretical essence has an important enlightening role and practical significance for deeply understanding and actively practicing General Secretary Xi Jinping s important discourse on the Party s publicity and ideological work,which is conducive to effectively enhancing the historical confidence and sense of responsibility of journalists to do a good job in the news and publicity work in the new era.
