摘 要:将低熔点涤纶短纤维混入常规涤纶短纤维中制备混纺纱线,对制备的混纺纱线在一定温度和时间下进行热处理,研究热处理温度和时间对纱线断裂强度、断裂伸长率、毛羽及摩擦系数的影响,确定合适的热处理工艺。结果表明:热处理后纱线的断裂强度得到了整体提高,断裂伸长率下降,毛羽减少,摩擦系数降低;较佳热处理工艺为热处理温度160℃、热处理时间3 min,在此热处理条件下,纱线断裂强度为3.35 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为10.8%,3 mm毛羽为3.71根/m,4 mm毛羽为0.97根/m,摩擦系数为0.19,较热处理前断裂强度提高10.6%、断裂伸长率降低21.2%。A blended fiber was prepared by mixing low-melting point polyester staple fiber with traditional polyester staple fiber and was exposed to heat treatment at a specific temperature and time.The effect of heat treatment temperature and time on the breaking strength,elongation at break,hairiness and friction coefficient was studied and the appropriate heat treatment process was decided.The results showed that the overall breaking strength of the blended yarn increased and the elongation at break,hairiness and friction coefficient all decreased after heat treatment;the yarn acquired the breaking strength of 3.35 cN/dtex,elongation at break 10.8%,3 mm and 4 mm hairiness of 3.71 and 0.97 per meter,respectively,and friction coefficient 0.19 when the heat treatment temperature and time were optimized as 160℃and 3 min;and the breaking strength was increased by 10.6%and the elongation at break was decreased by 21.2%after heat treatment.
