摘 要:介绍了导电纤维的分类、有机导电纤维的主要种类,以及近年来国内外有机导电纤维的制备方法、研究成果、存在的问题及应用方向等。本征导电纤维目前主要还处于研究阶段;共混型导电纤维和涂敷型导电纤维制备技术成熟并已产业化,其中碳纳米管、石墨烯、银纳米线等新型导电材料开始引入纤维中,导电纤维电阻率有望进一步降低,并开始向浅色化、差别化、功能化导电纤维发展;镀覆型导电纤维在传统的电镀、化学镀的方式上开始引入溅镀、沉积等新的加工方法,产品的稳定性进一步提高;化学反应型导电纤维目前主要基于五硫化九铜/腈纶体系,产品的稳定性和耐久性有待提高。新型有机导电纤维开始向弹性导电纤维、响应式导电纤维等方面发展,产品应用已从防静电、防电磁波辐射等传统应用扩大到新型电池、超级电容、纤维元器件、智能纺织品和智能可穿戴等方面。The classification of conductive fibers and the dominant varieties of organic conductive fibers were introduced,as were the preparation methods,research achievements,existing problems and application directions of organic conductive fibers at home and abroad in recent years.Intrinsically conductive fibers are still in the research stage.The technologies of blended conductive fiber and coated conductive fiber are mature and have been industrialized.New conductive materials such as carbon nanotubes,graphene and silver nanowires have been introduced into fibers,so the unit resistance of conductive fibers is expected to be further reduced and the fibers begin to be developed into light colored,differentiated and functional conductive fibers.New processing methods such as sputtering and deposition have also been introduced into the traditional electroplating and electroless plating methods for plated conductive fibers,which further improves the stability of products.The chemical reactive conductive fiber is mainly based on copper pentasulfide/polyacrylonitrile system,and the stability and durability of products need to be improved.New organic conductive fibers have begun to develop in the direction of elastic conductive fibers and responsive conductive fibers,and the application of products has expanded from traditional applications such as anti-static and anti-electromagnetic radiation to new batteries,super capacitors,fiber components,smart textiles and smart wearables.
