摘 要:简单介绍了目前国内碳纤维表面处理工艺流程,以及常用表面处理工艺即阳极电解氧化法的工作原理;分析了表面处理工艺中在用石墨辊的结构及其存在的缺陷,对石墨辊的结构进行了改进,并试用于碳纤维表面处理工序中。结果表明:在用石墨辊为半轴结构设计,运行过程中会产生动不平衡,出现卡轴现象,同时石墨套为分段设计,丝束在通过两段接缝处时会发生磨丝、卡丝现象,对表面处理效果及产品收率有较大影响;通过将石墨辊辊轴改为通轴结构、石墨套筒改为一体化加工、增加涨紧锥套及防转销,从根本上消除了石墨辊的缺陷;相比改进前,改进后的石墨辊加工成本降低35%,使用寿命提高1.67倍,同时使用改进后的石墨辊用于碳纤维表面处理,丝束产品的均一性提高8.3%,收率提高4.8%,表面处理碳纤维的复合材料层间剪切强度提高1.3%。The current carbon fiber surface treatment process and the working principle of the common surface treatment process,namely anodic electrolytic oxidation method,were briefly introduced in China.The structure and defects of the graphite roller in use were analyzed in the surface treatment process.The structure of the graphite roller was improved and applied to the carbon fiber surface treatment process.The results showed that the dynamic imbalance would occur during operation,resulting in shaft jamming,when the graphite roller was designed as a half shaft structure,and the tow would grind and jam while passing through the joint of the two sections,when the graphite sleeve was designed in sections,which had a great impact on the surface treatment effect and product yield;the defects of the graphite roller were eliminated fundamentally by changing the graphite roller shaft into the through shaft structure,manufacturing the graphite sleeve by the integrated processing,and adding the tension cone sleeve and anti-rotation pin;compared with that before improvement,the improved graphite roller had an reduction of 35%in the processing cost and a growth of 1.67 time in the service life,and the homogeneity of the tow product was improved by 8.3%,the yield was increased by 4.8%,and the interlaminar shear strength of the surface treated carbon fiber composite was increased by 1.3%when the improved graphite roller was used for carbon fiber surface treatment.
