摘 要:利用二乙胺基硫代甲酸铜在紫外可见光区具有吸收性的特性,以硫酸溶解尼龙66后,加入二乙胺基硫代甲酸锌(DDTC)和二甲苯,将铜离子置换成二乙胺基硫代甲酸铜,用二甲苯萃取后再采用紫外可见分光光度计测定尼龙66中铜离子的含量,探讨了操作条件对测定结果的影响,研究了分析方法的准确度、精密度和最低检出限。结果表明:采用分光光度法,在最大吸收波长为460 nm、萃取剂为二甲苯、称样量为1.0 g、DDTC浓度为0.035 g/mL的条件下测定尼龙66中铜离子含量,其加标回收率为99.2%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.33%,最低检出限为0.41μg/g,耗时仅40 min;该方法能及时反映尼龙66聚合物中铜离子添加剂的含量,可用于指导生产。Taking advantage of the absorbability of copper diethylamine thioformate in the ultraviolet visible region,nylon 66 was dissolved in sulfuric acid and then was added with zinc diethylamine thioformate(DDTC)and xylene to replace copper ions with copper diethylamine thioformate.The content of copper ions in nylon 66 was determined by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer after being extracted with xylene.The influence of operation conditions on the determination results was discussed.And the accuracy,precision and minimum detection limit of the analytical method were studied.The results showed that the content of copper ion in nylon 66 was determined by spectrophotometry under the conditions of the maximum absorption wavelength of 460 nm,xylene extractant,sample weight 1.0 g,and DDTC concentration of 0.035 g/mL;and the test method provided the recovery rate of standard addition of 99.2%-99.6%,the relative standard deviation 0.33%,the minimum detection limit 0.41μg/g,and the time-consuming only 40 min,which can be used to guide the production due to the timely determination of the content of copper ion additive in nylon 66 polymer.
