摘  要:目的研究PIAS2蛋白和生精细胞凋亡在无精子症中的作用。方法选取2020年3月至2021年11月体检的健康男性中的30例,记为A组,同期选取就诊的无精子症患者30例,记为B组,检测两组睾丸组织中PIAS2蛋白和生精细胞凋亡情况,评估并分析其在无精子症中的作用。结果与A组相比,B组睾丸体积及睾丸取精阳性率显著降低;与A组相比,B组睾丸组织中的PIAS2蛋白表达显著降低;与A组相比,B组生精细胞凋亡显著升高;PIAS2蛋白表达与睾丸体积及取精阳性率呈正相关关系;生精细胞凋亡与睾丸体积及取精阳性率呈负相关关系;PIAS2蛋白表达与生精细胞凋亡呈负相关关系;PIAS2蛋白检测对无精子症诊断的灵敏度为82.31%、特异度为77.26%、AUC值为0.826、约登指数为0.59,生精细胞凋亡检测对无精子症诊断的灵敏度为81.54%、特异度为79.25%、AUC值为0.844、约登指数为0.61。结论PIAS2蛋白表达和生精细胞凋亡与睾丸体积及取精阳性率存在相关性,对无精子症疾病具有一定的诊断价值。Objective To study the role of PIAS2 protein and spermatogenic cell apoptosis in azoospermia. Methods From March 2020 to November 2021, 30 healthy male patients who underwent physical examination were selected as group A, and30 patients with azoospermia who were treated during the same period were selected and recorded as group B, to detect the PIAS2 protein and spermatogenic cell apoptosis in the testis tissue of the two groups, and to evaluate and analyze its role in azoospermia. Results Compared with group A, testicular volume and testicular sperm extraction positive rate in group B were significantly lower. Compared with group A, the expression of PIAS2 protein in testicular tissue of group B was significantly decreased. Compared with group A, the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in group B was significantly increased. The expression of PIAS2 protein was positively correlated with testicular volume and positive rate of sperm extraction. The apoptosis of spermatogenic cells was negatively correlated with testicular volume and positive rate of spermatogenesis. PIAS2protein expression was negatively correlated with spermatogenic cell apoptosis. The sensitivity and specificity of PIAS2protein detection for azoospermia were 82.31%, 77.26%, AUC value of 0.826, Youden index of 0.59, and the sensitivity and specificity of spermatogenic cell apoptosis detection for azoospermia were 81.54%, 79.25%, AUC value of 0.844, Youden index of 0.61. Conclusion PIAS2 protein expression and spermatogenic cell apoptosis are correlated with testicular volume and the positive rate of sperm retrieval, and have certain diagnostic value for azoospermia.
