复方甘草酸苷联合糠酸莫米松对儿童寻常型白癜风的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合糠酸莫米松对儿童寻常型白癜风的临床疗效。方法将2020年5月至2021年8月上海市儿童医院治疗的寻常型白癜风患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组外用糠酸莫米松治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服复方甘草酸苷。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和转化生长因子(TGF-β)水平、T淋巴细胞亚群、药物不良反应以及满意度。结果治疗后治疗组有效率显著高于对照组。治疗后两组IL-17水平与治疗前比较均显著降低,治疗组IL-17水平(14.31±1.57)ng/L与对照组(19.25±4.19)ng/L比较下降更为明显;治疗后两组TGF-β水平与治疗前比较均显著升高,治疗组TGF-β水平(582.25±102.51)ng/L与对照组(490.13±92.09)ng/L比较升高更为明显。两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平组间组内比较均无显著差异。治疗后对照组发生不良反应7例(17.50%)显著高于治疗组的3例(7.50%),评估患儿及家属满意度,发现所有患儿都对治疗满意。结论复方甘草酸苷联合糠酸莫米松治疗儿童寻常型白癜风疗效显著,并可调节细胞因子水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with mometasone furoate on children with vitiligo vulgaris.Methods The patients with vitiligo vulgaris treated in our hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate externally,and the observation group was given compound glycyrrhizin orally on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum IL-17 and TGF-βlevels,T lymphocyte subsets,adverse drug reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the level of IL-17 in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.The level of IL-17 in the treatment group was(14.31±1.57)ng/L,which was more significantly lower than that in the control group;After treatment,two groups of TGF-βThe level of TGF in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment-β.The level of(582.25±102.51)ng/L was significantly higher than(490.13±92.09)ng/L in the control group.There was no significant difference in the expression level of T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,7 cases(17.50%)in the control group had adverse reactions,which was significantly higher than 3 cases(7.50%)in the treatment group.The satisfaction of children and their families was evaluated,and it was found that all children were satisfied with the treatment.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with mometasone furoate is effective in the treatment of children with vitiligo vulgaris,and can regulate the level of cytokines.
