摘　　要：目的 运用综合评价方法对疫情常态化防控下的医院医疗质量进行客观评价,为医院科学管理和决策提供依据。方法 选取北京某三甲专科医院2019—2021年间的4类12项医疗指标;利用TOPSIS法、秩和比法和综合指数法以及三种方法的组合评价对医院医疗质量进行评价。结果 三种方法所得评价结果略有差异,Spearman等级相关系数检验结果显示三种评价结果密切相关,一致性较好(p﹤0.05)。结论 综合评价方法能够比较科学、客观、真实地反应疫情下的医院医疗质量变化情况。建议医院结合评价结果与客观实际,有针对性地改进和提升医疗质量。Objective To use the comprehensive evaluation method to objectively evaluate the medical quality of hospitals under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, so as to provide the basis for scientific management and decisionmaking of hospitals. Methods 12 medical indicators in 4 categories from 2019 to 2021 in a tertiary specialized hospital in Beijing were selected. The medical quality of the hospital was evaluated by TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method, comprehensive index method and a combination of the three methods. Results The evaluation results obtained by the three methods were slightly different. The results of Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient test showed that the three evaluation results were closely related with good consistency(p<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation method can more scientifically, objectively and truly reflect the changes of hospital medical quality under the epidemic situation. It is suggested that hospitals combine the evaluation results with objective reality to improve and enhance the quality of medical care in a targeted manner.
