摘　　要：新型数据中心作为数字经济的“信息底座”,具有“高技术、高算力、高能效、高安全”的“四高”典型特征。根据国家顶层相关指导文件,结合新型数据中心典型特征和发展趋势,从运营技术和信息技术两个视角研究了新型数据中心安全防护体系。其中,面向运营技术层面,重点研究了底层设施的安全防护。面向信息技术层面,提出基于“监测预警、安全防护、应急响应、综合管理”的新型数据中心安全保障体系,保障数据资源安全。通过系统性的网络安全思考,为建立新型数据中心整体安全体系提供有益参考。As the“information fundamentals”of the digital economy,the new data center has the typical features of“four highs”,such as“high technology,high computing power,high energy efficiency and high cyber security”.According to the relevant top-level guidance documents of China,this paper studies the security protection system of the new data center from the perspectives of operational technology and information technology based on the typical features and development trends of the new data center.For the operational technology,it focuses on strengthening the security protection of underlying facilities and key equipments.For the information technology,it proposes new data center cybersecurity architecture based on monitoring,pre-warning,security protection,emergency response and comprehensive management,which can ensure the security of data resources.Through systematic thinking,this paper provides a useful reference for establishing holistic security system of a new data center.
