摘  要:铅蓄电池作为变电站中最主要的直流电源,负责事故停电后的照明、控制、自动装置及通信装置等重要设备的电力储备,是电力系统中至关重要的组成部分。为了改善直流系统运维方案,延长电池使用寿命,缓解环境压力,针对变电站实际运行工况,总结了主要失效模式及机理,印证了活性物质脱落及不可逆硫酸盐化等综合失效原因,对劣化电池活化修复技术进行梳理总结,对比不同方法的优劣性,阐述修复技术的发展前景。As the most important DC power source in substations,lead-acid batteries are responsible for the power reserve of important equipment such as lighting,control,automatic devices and communication devices after an accidental blackout.It is a vital part of the power system.In order to improve the DC system operation and maintenance plan,extend battery life,and relieve environmental pressure,according to the actual operating conditions of the substation,the main failure modes and mechanisms were summarized,the comprehensive failure reasons such as active material shedding and irreversible sulfation were verified,the activation and recovery technology of degraded batteries were summarized,the pros and cons of different methods were compared,and the development prospects of recovery technology were explained.
