摘 要:基于传统板料流入量测量方式存在的不足以及拉深工艺中参考线的特点,研究了2种在压边圈上用于板料定位调整和板料流入量测量的刻线方案,并以后侧门内板拉深模为例对2种方案进行验证。根据2种方案的优缺点,最终制定一套完善的刻线组合方案,经实际验证,该方案不仅能反映实际成形状态,而且刻线清晰明了,方便操作。Based on the shortcomings of the traditional measurement method of sheets metal flow and the characteristics of various reference lines in the drawing process,two dividing schemes for sheet metal positioning adjustment and sheet metal flow measurement on the blank holder were studied,and the two schemes were verified by taking the drawing die of the inner panel of rear door as an example.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,a perfect dividing combination scheme was finally formulated.Through practical verification,the scheme could not only reflect the actual forming state,but also make the dividing line clear,and it was con⁃venient to operation.
