摘 要:将卡箍落料件卷圆工序加入级进模中,利用级进模进行卷圆,以提高成形制件的生产效率和合格率,并根据卡箍落料件轮齿结构尺寸较小的特点,将冲裁工序分解成6道,增强了凸、凹模强度。在下模设计定位柱,解决了卷圆时头尾出现偏差的问题;在中间放置中心轴,克服卷圆后成形制件圆度不达标的问题。经实际生产验证,级进模成形的制件外形轮廓的圆柱度符合要求。The edge rolling process was added into the progressive die,and the progressive die was used to roll the blanking parts to improve the production efficiency and the qualified rate of form⁃ing parts.According to the small size characteristics of the gear tooth structure of the clip blanking parts,the stamping process was decomposed into 6 steps,and the strength of the punch and con⁃cave dies was enhanced.The locating pillar was designed in the lower half of die to solve the prob⁃lem of deviation in head and tail when edge rolling.The central axis was placed in the middle,which overcame the problem that the formed part was not up to standard after edge rolling.It had been verified by actual production that the cylindricity of the shape profile of the parts formed by progressive die met the requirements.
