摘  要:根据可穿戴翻译机外壳的结构特点,设计简化型无推板机构的两板模,针对内螺纹孔的脱模,设计无损坏脱螺纹机构;内螺纹型芯结构中,螺纹型芯从成型塑件内螺纹孔中的脱出依靠电机驱动齿轮副及塑件内螺纹孔与螺纹型芯组成的螺纹副实现。该脱螺纹方式保证了塑件内螺纹无损坏,也方便调整螺纹的起始点。According to the structural characteristics of the wearable translator shell,two-plate mould with the simplified non-ejector plate mechanism was designed,the thread demoulding mechanism without damage was designed to realize the demoulding of the inner thread.The re⁃moval of the thread core from the internal thread hole in the moulding plastic part was driven by the motor through the gear pair and the thread pair composed of the internal thread hole and the thread core in internal thread core structure.This method would not damage the inner thread and convenient to adjust the starting point of the thread.
