摘　　要：介绍了理发机外壳的注射模设计,成型的塑件为筒形栅栏状壳体,模具使用哈夫滑块结构,采用1模2腔及点浇口浇注系统、斜推结构与扁推杆的推出机构、直通式与隔水片式的冷却系统。模具经实践证明:结构合理,动作可靠,可以满足生产要求,为成型同类塑件模具设计提供参考。The design of the injection mould for hairdressing machine shell was introduced,and the moulding plastic parts was cylindrical palisade shell.The mould had 2 cavities and adopted half slider and point gate gating system,ejection mechanism with inclined ejector structure and flat ejector pin,straight-through and water-blocking type cooling system.The mould had been proved by practice that its structure was reasonable and the action was reliable,which could meet the pro⁃duction requirements and provide references to the mould design of similar plastics.
