摘　　要：如何提升学生的职业素养,是模具专业技能人才培养面对的难题,通过打造优秀校园文化、建设优秀班集体培育学生良好的职业素养;将职业素养的培育融入整个课程教学过程中,不断提升学生职业素养;强化校企深度融合,建立生产性实训基地,为学生职业素养的培育提供有效途径;通过建设高水平“双师型”队伍,为学生职业素养的培育提供保障。How to improve students'professional quality was a difficult problem to be faced for die&mould specialty talent cultivation.The good students'professional quality could be cultivated by creating excellent campus culture and building excellent classes.Integrating the cultivation of pro⁃fessional quality into the whole course teaching process could also continuously improve students'professional quality.Strengthening the deep integration of schools and enterprises and establishing productive training bases could also provide an effective way for the cultivation of students'profes⁃sional qualities.It could also guarantee the cultivation of students'professional quality by building a high-level"double-teacher"team.
