摘 要:采用散堆填料塔研究了循环吸收及单程吸收两种方式对模拟燃煤电厂烟气碳捕集的影响。结果表明循环吸收条件下当贫液中Na0H浓度较高时,CO_(2)吸收过程主要受气体扩散过程控制,捕集率较高,贫液中NaOH浓度降低至一定值时,CO_(2)吸收过程逐渐转化为反应速率控制,捕集率迅速降低,吸收液气比为10 L/m^(3)时,贫液中NaOH浓度在1.5 mol/L时CO_(2)捕集率出现转折点,转折点捕集率为97.2%,吸收剂转化率85.7%,单程吸收条件下液气比7.5 L/m^(3)捕集效果最佳,CO_(2)捕集率98.4%,吸收剂转化率87.9%。In this paper,the effects of cyclic absorption and one-way absorption on carbon capture in simulated flue gas of coal-fired power plants are studied by using packed absorption tower.The results show that under the condition of cyclic absorption,when the concentration of NaOH in the lean solution is high,the CO_(2) absorption process is mainly controlled by the gas diffusion process and the rate of CO_(2) capture is high.When the concentration of NaOH in the lean solution decreases to a certain value,the CO_(2) absorption process is gradually transformed into reaction rate control and the capture rate decreases rapidly.When the liquid gas ratio is 10 L/m^(3),a turning point of the capture rate appears when the concentration of NaOH in the lean solution is 1.5 mol/L,which is 97.2%,and the conversion rate of absorbent is 85.7%.Under the condition of one-way absorption,a best CO_(2) capture effect is achieved when the liquid gas ratio is 7.5 L/m^(3),CO_(2) capture rate is 98.4%,and the conversion rate of absorbent is 87.9%.
