摘　　要：当前信息安全、电信诈骗事件频发,受到国家领导的高度重视,其中电信诈骗活动的一个重要途径,就是利用通信网络传送虚假主叫号码来冒充公检法、快递公司等人员进行诈骗。针对目前电信网络传输中的不规范主叫号码情况进行总结分析,对不规范主叫号码进行分类,分析其产生的具体原因,从技术角度入手,进行不规范主叫号码的规整及处理,规范电信网络主叫号码传递,提升电信网络主叫号码传递的规范性,提升用户感知,同时打击电信诈骗,纯净网络环境。At present, information security and telecom fraud incidents occur frequently, which are highly valued by thenational leaders. One of the important ways of Telecom fraud is to use the communication network to transmit false calling numbers to impersonate public security organs, law enforcement agencies and express companies. The paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of nonstandard calling number in the telecommunication network transmission, classifies the nonstandard calling number,analyzes the specific reasons for its occurrence, and from the technical point of view, regularizes and processes the nonstandard calling number, standardizes the calling number transmission in the telecommunication network, improves the standardization of calling number the user perception. At the same time, it makes a call Attack Telecom fraud and purify network environment.
