西安市历史街巷道路红线划定方法研究

摘　　要：西安市历史城区内众多历史街巷是居民生活的根本,更是历史城区的价值所在。道路红线是历史街巷保护与发展的基础,具有很强的导向作用。在历史文化名城保护、传承和创新发展的新要求和构建西安市历史城区绿色交通示范区的背景下,本研究从西安市历史街巷特征、价值与功能出发,对历史街巷进行分级,探讨历史街巷道路红线的功能组成,在兼顾保护历史街巷肌理和改善居民日常生活的双重目标下,研究不同历史街巷道路红线的划定方法。最后以西安市洒金桥—大麦市街片区为例,深入探讨道路红线划定方案并提出实施建议。Many historical streets in Xi’an are the basis of residents’life and the value of the historical district.Road red line is the foundation for the protection and development of historical streets,and has a strong guiding role.In the context of the new requirements for the protection,inheritance and innovative development of historical and cultural cities and the construction of a green traffic demonstration area in Xi’an historical districts,this paper classifies the historical streets according to their characteristics,value and function.This paper discusses the functional composition of the red line of historical streets,and studies the delimitation method of the red line of different historical streets with the dual goal of protecting the texture of historical streets and improving the daily life of the residents.Finally,taking Sa Jinqiao-Da Maishi Street District in Xi’an as an example,the red line delimitation scheme is discussed and the implementation suggestions are put forward.
