基于视线分析的古建筑及周边建筑高度控制研究——以商洛市大云寺为例

摘　　要：本文在总结国内5种建筑高度控制法的基础上,运用视线分析法对古建筑及周边建筑高度的关系进行了研究,构建了建筑高度的控制模型。笔者选取了商洛市大云寺及其周边西街大都汇购物中心违建建筑高度的控制,得到了古建筑及周边建筑的高度控制要求,商洛市在大云寺周边50 m一般保护区内不能建设项目,距离大云寺200 m以内的商业建筑西街大都汇购物中心应该限高在16 m以下,并以违建后重新修建的建筑高度为标准,例证了视线分析法下的建筑高度控制模型的方法。On the basis of summarizing the height control methods of five types of domestic buildings,this paper studies the relationship between the ancient buildings and their surrounding buildings with the sight analysis method,and constructs a building height control model.Taking the height control of the illegal buildings surrounding Dayun Temple and Daduhui Shopping Center on its west street as an example,the height control requirements for the ancient buildings and their surrounding buildings are obtained.Shangluo City cannot build projects within a 50-meter general protected area around Dayun Temple.The commercial buildings of Daduhui Shopping Center on the west street within 200 meters of Dayun Temple should be limited to less than 16 meters in height,and should follow the height standard of the rebuilt buildings.The paper testimonies the method of building height control model guided by the sight analysis method.
