摘 要:在新冠疫情蔓延的国际背景下,医院室外风环境问题引发的污染物集聚会提高传染病风险,不利于疫情防控,应予以高度关注。针对上述问题,以湖南湘雅医院为例,采用计算流体力学软件OpenFoam作为模拟分析工具,对医院室外风环境进行模拟分析。针对静风区、漩涡区、通风廊道等三类区域提出院区整体空间优化设计策略,并进行了二次模拟验证,有效促进了医院室外人流密集区和易感人群聚集区的污染物消散。通过上述实证研究,提出了更科学、系统且操作性强的医院室外风环境模拟和优化方法,为医院健康环境建设提供了相关依据。In the international context of the spread of COVID-19,the concentration of pollutants caused by the outdoor wind environment in hospitals will increase the risk of infectious diseases,which is not conducive to epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,high attention should be paid to it.Aiming at the above problems,this paper takes Xiangya Hospital in Hunan province as an example and uses OpenFoam software as a simulation analysis tool to simulate and analyze the outdoor wind environment of the hospital.The overall spatial optimization design strategy of the hospital was proposed for three areas,such as calm wind area,whirlpool area and ventilation corridor,and the secondary simulation verification was carried out,which effectively promoted the dissipation of pollutants in the outdoor crowded area and susceptible crowd area of the hospital.Through the above empirical research,this paper puts forward a more scientific,systematic and operable method for simulation and optimization of hospital outdoor wind environment,which provides a relevant basis for hospital health environment construction.
