摘 要:通过Plaxis 3D三维有限元软件分析了降低地下水位与桩基础负摩阻力及沉降的关系,通过对群桩建筑物进行成功纠倾,探讨了群桩基础建筑物在纠倾过程中的力学效应与变形机制。研究表明:在含有砂层或砂土交互层的场地,采用负摩阻力法对倾斜桩基建筑物进行纠倾扶正行之有效,砂粒流失会对建筑物纠倾扶正产生更大的影响,建筑物回倾过程中桩基础承载力也会发生较大变化。该研究成果可为倾斜的群桩建筑物的保护提供理论依据和实践经验。In this paper,the relationship between reducing groundwater level and negative skin friction and settlement of group piles foundation is analyzed by Plaxis 3D finite element software.By the successful incline-rectifying case of a building with group piles foundation,the mechanical effect and deformation mechanism of group piles foundation buildings in the process of rectifying the inclination are discussed.The results show that:in the sites with sand strata or interbedded sandy soil strata,it is suitable to use negative skin friction method to correct the leaning buildings with group piles foundation.The sand particles loss have a greater impact on the rectification of leaning buildings,and the bearing capacity of pile foundation changes greatly in the process of building reverting.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the leaning building protection with group piles foundation.
