摘  要:通过三点弯曲断裂试验,研究玻璃纤维(GF)、聚丙烯纤维(PPF)、聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)和钢纤维(SF)对高性能水泥基复合材料(HPCC)断裂性能的影响。以载荷-裂缝口张开位移(P-CMOD)曲线、断裂能(G_(F))和起裂韧度(K_(IC)^(Q))为评价指标,得到以下结论:在一定掺量范围内,4种纤维均能提升HPCC的断裂性能,玻璃纤维在体积分数为1.2%时断裂性能最优,PP纤维、PVA纤维在体积分数为2.0%时断裂性能到达最大值;SF在体积分数为4.0%时断裂性能到达最大值;不同种类纤维对HPCC断裂性能的提升效果由大到小为:PP纤维>钢纤维>PVA纤维>玻璃纤维。The effects of glass fiber(G_(F)),polypropylene fiber(PPF),polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVAF)and steel fiber(SF)on the fracture properties of high performance cement-based composites(HPCC)were studied by three-point bending fracture test.Taking the load crack opening displacement(P-CMOD)curve,fracture energy(G_(F))and crack initiation toughness(K_(IC)^(Q))as evaluation indexes,the following conclusions were obtained:within a certain dosage range,the four fibers can improve the fracture performance of HPCC,the fracture performance of glass fiber is the best when the volume fraction is 1.2%,and the fracture performance of PP fiber and PVA fiber reaches the maximum when the volume fraction is 2.0%;When the volume fraction of steel fiber is 4.0%,the fracture performance reaches the maximum;The effects of different kinds of fibers on the fracture properties of HPCC from large to small are:PP fiber>steel fiber>PVA fiber>glass fiber.
